Lettings manager, Louisa Dowling at Knight Frank says rental levels have been levelling off but tenants expect to pay £500 a week for a one-bedroom flat; £700 a week for a two-bedroom flat and £850-plus a week for a three-bedroom flat. Many prospective tenants like to be able to walk to work at the offices of Google, American Express and the Daily Telegraph in nearby Victoria. Pimlico is also popular with civil servants and the military working in Whitehall.
