Shepherd’s Bush is popular with couples and young professional sharers.  Letting agent Olli Saberi, from Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward, says the most popular flats are close to Westfield shopping centre and the Shepherd’s Bush Tube station, on the Central line.

“We find that tenants are happy to pay more to be close to Westfield and the Central line with its quick commute into central London.” The most expensive one-bedroom flat currently available is in St Stephens Avenue, which estate agent Cannons is renting for £1,733 a month, while the cheapest, on Uxbridge Road, is renting for £1,049 a month through Aston Rowe.

Two-bedroom flats range from £2,600 a month for a ground-floor property in Shepherd’s Bush Place, available through Marsh & Parsons, down to £1,248 a month for a flat above a shop in Askew Road, through Cannons.
