One-bedroom flats start at around £900 a month and two-bedrooms at about £1,100 a month. The majority of flats have two-bedrooms but we have a bigger demand for one-bedroom flats.”

The roads close to Crystal Palace station are very popular, although renters looking for flats with spacious rooms look at conversions in Crystal Palace Park Road and in Thicket Road.
