London house prices October 2015: Tower Hamlets tops the list of the capital's fastest rising boroughs

The east London borough of Tower Hamlets has seen average property prices jump by 8.9 per cent - or £50,578 - in a month, according to the latest Rightmove House Price Index. While the report also highlights Merton and Haringey as recording similar growth, the south-west London borough of Wandsworth emerges as the area with the biggest fall in prices during the last month.
