June 2015: latest house price figures reveal London's 10 fastest growing boroughs

East London dominates the top 10 list of fastest rising boroughs in the capital, latest figures released by the Land Registry reveal (READ FULL REPORT HERE). Newham tops the list, with average house prices rising by 19.8 per cent over the last year, to £291,364. The south-east borough of Greenwich comes in second, boosted by an annual rise of 18.8 per cent, taking average house prices to £353,926.

Only two west London boroughs are listed in the top 10 - Hillingdon and Harrow - however, our report reveals an even split between boroughs north and south of the river.
