£6.7m buys home where Gisele gave birth in the bath

Supermodel Gisele Bündchen and her American footballer husband Tom Brady have put their Boston home on the market for £6.7 million.

The couple originally tried to sell the 5,311sq ft penthouse two years ago for £6.9 million but failed to find a buyer.

The property, which has stunning views across the Charles River, has special memories for the Brazilian beauty who gave birth to her son Benjamin in the bathtub there in December 2009.

Bündchen, who had a relationship with Titanic star Leonardo DiCaprio before meeting Brady, has put her own glossy stamp on the three-bedroom pad by installing his-and- hers dressing rooms next to the master suite. She also has homes in Los Angeles and Costa Rica.

Hatching Green House
£4.5m: Hatching Green House

A mansion to explore

England footballer Ashley Young, Coronation Street actor Craig Charles, Depeche Mode singer Martin Gore and composer Tim Rice could soon have a new neighbour in Harpenden, Hertfordshire.

Hatching Green House was once the home of pioneering Everest explorer Griffith Pugh. He was part of the team that helped Edmund Hillary reach the summit and much of what is now known about combating oxygen shortages and the effects of intense cold and high winds in mountaineering is down to his ground-breaking work.

The six-bedroom home to which he would retreat, now for sale through Strutt & Parker (01582 764343) for £4.5 million, is reached though tall iron gates and down a long gravel drive and today has an additional pool house over two floors with games rooms, gym, kitchen and bar, plus a self-contained apartment in the coach house.

Lord Sugar shows how to do a sweet deal – in just four days

Lord Sugar is back on our screens with the new series of Junior Apprentice but that hasn’t stopped him doing deals.

He is selling a posh Grade I-listed Mayfair office block for £5.3 million, having ditched plans to turn it into his HQ.

The period gem, which he bought freehold, has been snapped up by a Singapore businessman who exchanged in only four days.

Beauchamp Estates handled the sale of the 3,500sq ft, four-storey building which is set in one of London’s glitziest locations — where the streets are paved with A-listers heading to the nearby Ritz hotel and Le Caprice restaurant.

Country house in East Sussex
£7,995 a month: country house in East Sussex

Sir Paul takes Mick’s place but who wants Heather’s?

Times they are a-changin’ for both Sir Paul McCartney and his ex-wife Heather Mills, pictured.

As the former Beatle, 69, relaxed with new bride Nancy Shevell in Mick Jagger’s £10,000-a-week Mustique hideaway, it emerged that Mills is struggling to let her country house in East Sussex. Could the fact that renting the Robertsbridge pile will cost £7,995 a month be to blame?

The eight-bedroom, six-bathroom Arts & Crafts house has 15 acres of formal gardens and woodland, a self-contained annexe, tennis lawn, children’s play area, stables and a swimming pool — so you decide. Call Savills in Tunbridge Wells on 01892 507050, or see
