New-build homes in Hammersmith: developer St George has two large schemes in Hammersmith — Sovereign Court in Glenthorne Road and Fulham Reach in Distillery Road. Sovereign Court, designed by architects Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands, has 418 homes, with 124 of them available through Hammersmith and Fulham council’s discount market sale scheme. The latest phase, Montpelier House, has one-, two- and three-bedroom flats and penthouses overlooking three landscaped raised gardens. Prices start at £964,950 for a two-bedroom flat.
Fulham Reach, which includes a new riverside walk, is a development of 744 one- two- and three-bedroom flats and penthouses, with 25 per cent available through the council’s discount market sale scheme. The first residents move in this summer and the scheme completes in 2023. Prices range from £560,000 to £8.95 million for the Isis penthouse.
Linden Homes is converting the former Art Deco nurses accommodation at the old Royal Masonic Hospital in Ravenscourt Gardens near Ravenscourt Park into 68 (six affordable) one-, two- and three-bedroom flats and two houses. The development, Ashlar Court (0844 417 0815), is selling off-plan for completion in June. Eighteen homes remain and prices range from £750,000 for a two-bedroom flat to £1,395,000 for a two-bedroom detached house.
St Peter’s Place is a Crest Nicholson development of 33 one-, two- and three-bedroom flats and eight three- and five-bedroom houses in the St Peter’s Square conservation area. A single one-bedroom flat remains at £625,000 and one three-bedroom house at £1.4 million. The five-bedroom houses launch this summer.
