Refurbished two-bedroom flats have been launched on a former Ministry of Defence married quarters estate in Uxbridge. Jupiter Heights, above, is the latest project by property company Annington, which has acquired a 57,400-home portfolio from the MoD. The company gives the homes a makeover and usually sells them at a discount to the local market.
The Uxbridge homes have a terrace or garden and a parking place. Buyers are offered a £750 legal and survey fee incentive. Prices from £325,000. Call 01895 235977 for more details. Coming soon are homes at MoD estates in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, and Henlow, Bedfordshire.
