Runners can enjoy organised activities such as Run to the Beat and Colour Run in the development’s grounds.

The latest phase, Alto Apartments, has a gym and fitness suite with a studio for spinning, yoga and dance classes at the Yellow Pavilion communal hub. Prices for flats start from £460,000 through Savills — call 020 3151 8601.
