New homes in London: flats with on-site gyms and pools in Wembley, Docklands, Stratford and Finsbury Park

Also in City Road in the heart of Tech City, The Atlas Building’s light-flooded pool is set on a mezzanine floor alongside a gym and spa. Ballymore and Oxley have unveiled plans for a 20,000sq ft leisure facility at residential centrepiece the Royal Docks, which will house a state-of-the-art gym and pool plus two studios. TOUGH LOVE Robust open-air swimmers love the pond at King’s Cross, and now local residents can temporarily escape winter’s chills in a wooden pod sauna that seats eight.
