Tottenham Hale is one of London’s best-connected districts. Plugged into the Victoria line, it is also a major interchange on the Liverpool Street to Stansted route, plus it has overland train links to Stratford.
With relatively cheap homes, the area is tipped to become a hotspot — estate agent Knight Frank predicts a property price boost of more than 60 per cent by 2018. Hale Village is a new 1,000-home neighbourhood next to the train station.
The 12-acre site borders protected parkland and the Lea Navigation, a once-vital canal route running into Docklands. The Pavilions, above, is the latest launch, with prices from £249,995. Call Bellway on 0845 257 9246.
