The London Evening Standard New Homes Awards, now in their 23rd year, set the gold standard in the property world and celebrate the skills of the new homes industry.
The awards champion clever design and creative solutions that solve the challenges of city living. We're looking for projects showcasing clever lighting, inspiring use of space and low-energy living. But we're also looking for the wow factor in fabulous family homes, central London apartments and flats for first-time buyers on a budget.
Along with your entries, please send us fantastic images showing off imaginative interiors and the most innovative features of our city's latest new homes.
The awards are divided into 12 main categories, reflecting the diverse range of homes available within the Evening Standard catchment area, from London to the South East.
Some categories are for individual homes and others for developments, both large and small. All categories are open to house builders and developers of any size, but in some, the larger and smaller companies will be judged separately to give everyone an equal chance.
Grand Prix Award 2013 and Best Family Home: 3 Lime Grove Mews, by developer St James, is a row of Regency-style houses in Shepherds Bush, W12, that were praised by the judges for their thoughtful design and flexible interiors.
