London Evening Standard New Homes Awards 2012: call for entries

The London Evening Standard invites housebuilders to enter the 21st annual London Evening Standard New Homes Awards

Every year we reward the best homes and developments built in the region during the last twelve months, and this year it could be one of your projects that wins an award.

The competition is open to housebuilders of any size operating within the catchment area of the London Evening Standard. So whether you have built just one house this year or hundreds of units, your entries are equally welcome.

The awards are divided into twelve main categories:
(1) best luxury home
(2) best waterside home
(3) best first-time buy
(4) best apartment
(5) best penthouse
(6) best family home
(7) best conversion
(8) best regeneration project
(9) best development in the affordable homes sector
(10) best small development
(11) best large development
(12) the eco-living award

All category winners are automatically considered for the prestigious Grand Prix Award which goes to the individual home or development that is considered to be the most outstanding entry in this year’s awards.

The awards will be presented at a ceremony at London’s Dorchester Hotel on Friday 18 May 2012.

The closing date for entries is Friday 3 February 2012.
