Earls Court gets 808 new homes at Lillie Square

Lillie Square is the first phase of a 77 acre residential development that that will eventually provide 7,500 new homes in modern mansion blocks and townhouses.
Lillie Square launches this week, with 808 homes for sale in the first phase of the development by Capco of 77 acres surrounding Earls Court exhibition halls.

A whole new residential district will eventually rise from the site, with 7,500 new homes in modern mansion blocks and terraces of townhouses linked by new streets and garden squares, while a "lost" river park is being re-established.
The wider scheme will also create offices, shops, community facilities including a library, and add 23 acres to the public realm by reclaiming wasteland. Lillie Square, the first of four new neighbourhoods, backs on to Brompton Cemetery and Eardley Crescent conservation area. Flats have up to three bedrooms and range from 524sq ft to 2,480sq ft. Many are dual or triple aspect, and some are duplexes with large roof terraces. Five-bedroom family homes with private gardens and garages are also for sale, while a promised "lifestyle" package includes a residents' club with swimming pool, 24-hour security and underground parking. Homes will be ready in 2019 and Capco will run the estate.
