CapCo is transforming the upper floors of many of its retail premises into large luxury flats. The Russell on the corner of the Piazza and Russell Street has been converted into five flats of which one three-bedroom duplex remains on the market, for £6.5 million. The company launches The Beecham on the corner of the Piazza and Southampton Street and the Southampton on Southampton Street next year.

On the corner of Strand and Arundel Street, 190 Strand is a St Edward development of 18 new-build flats with 24-hour concierge and swimming pool.
