Do you have bags of enthusiasm for architecture and interior design? Join our judging panel for this year's new homes awards

Last year's overall winner: in 2012 our judges chose Neo Bankside as London's best new development
Homes & Property is looking for 20 readers with a passion for property who would like to join the judging panel for our 2013 Evening Standard New Homes Awards.

You will join industry experts to choose the very best homes developments in London and the South East and will be a VIP guest at a glittering awards ceremony at The Dorchester in Park Lane in May.

A shortlist of schemes will be prepared by our experts but it is our reader judges who will make the final decisions and choose the winners.

You don't need any professional qualifications to be a reader judge — just bags of enthusiasm for good architecture and interior design. Your job will be to recognise the good and bad points of modern housing.

The awards cover all sectors of the industry from starter homes to swish warehouse conversions, and family houses to luxury mansions.

Judging is completely independent — therefore applicants should have no direct connections to housebuilders and must not have been on the panel before.
