A new library in the shape of an inverted pyramid recently opened and coming soon is a makeover of the Surrey Quays shopping mall.

Rotherhithe Street is lined with warehouse developments that are 25 per cent cheaper than Shad Thames, according to local estate agent Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward.
