Battersea Reach scheme will launch with 50 shared-ownership apartments. The development is on a riverside site just off York Road and has its own “high street” complete with a supermarket and cafés. There is also a health and fitness club, for residents only, plus an onsite concierge.

Notting Hill is also due to launch 18 one- and two-bedroom apartments at Riverside Quarter in late October. All the homes make the most of this development’s landscaped scheme with floor to ceiling windows, and the larger flats have balconies. The development is situated at the point where the River Thames meets the River Wandle, and is served by Thames Clipper river bus services to Putney and Blackfriars. Wandsworth Park is close by and the development features a piazza with bars and restaurants.

Finally, and also in October, Notting Hill will put 21 one- and two-bedroom homes at Putney Point up for sale. This development, on the Upper Richmond Road, has a great location between East Putney and Putney stations, while the development will have its own supermarket and coffee shop.
