Zones 3 and 4 are experiencing the biggest demand for property across the Tube network. “Some areas are significantly undervalued given the quick commute to the centre, and the potential for price growth is promising,” says Jennet Siebrits, head of residential research at CBRE.

The newly integrated Overground network allowing travel from any side of the capital to another without changing trains is also boosting Zone 4.
