Bring Borat star Sacha Baron Cohen back home to Hampstead Heath

A luxurious £8 million house is being built beside Hampstead Ponds, close to where Borat star Sacha Baron Cohen once lived.
James Gorst’s acclaimed architecture practice has worked on some of London’s best known buildings, including the Royal Exchange.

Known for highly crafted work on listed properties as well as new projects, Gorst has now designed a private house for a Hampstead site.

Planning approval has been granted for The New Garden House which will have generous living space including five bedrooms and a wine cellar. The plot sits on the Heath beside Hampstead Ponds, in a rather hidden valley off East Heath Road. The new building will replace a house close to where Borat star Sacha Baron Cohen once lived.

If the comedy actor and his actress wife Isla Fisher fancy moving back to the area and into the new house — and have £8 million to spare — this could make a great investment.
