This beautiful West Sussex villa, the childhood home of Pink Floyd’s Nick Mason, is up for sale.
The Birmingham-born drummer — who was in the British progressive rock band’s line-up right from the start in 1965 and co-wrote hits including Echoes and Time — grew up in Dell Quay House on the Chichester waterfront, and kept it as his base until he was almost 40.

After taking the property off Mason’s hands in 1985, the current owners have decided to move on.
On the market for £2.75 million, the five-bedroom, two-bathroom villa has views of Chichester Harbour and the South Downs.
There is also a separate cottage in the grounds — music to the ears of large families.
