Anjoca
Anjoca is a property development and management group.
Operating in various different areas and whose beginnings date back to the 1960s when founder chairman Ángel Jove Capellán started his first company, " Ángel Jove Construcciones ", which gradually expanded as a construction company before branching out into property development in various towns and cities in the province of La Coruña in Northwest Spain.
This expansion accelerated in the 1990s, in terms of business activities as well as geographical area, with other sectors being added to its traditional construction and property development activities.
The growth of Anjoca in recent years has been the result of a considered change in the direction taken by the company, which has diversified away from its former exclusive focus on the construction and development of residential properties to invest in other business areas in which it sees the complete project through from start to finish.
The group currently operates in most of Spain, including the Balearic and Canary Islands, through a structure of 5 Regional Divisions that oversee and manage the various business areas in which the group is active, namely:
Construction.
Property Development.
Shopping Centres.
Hotels.
Residential Care Homes for the Elderly.
Golf Courses.
Services (transport, wind farms, desalination and water treatment plants, water supply).
