Chinoiserie is the theme at the winter edition of this popular fair, which takes place from 19-24 January.

Find the foyer in the Battersea marquee filled with mainly British examples of this oriental style, particularly popular in the 18th and 19th centuries.

All items will be for sale as they are supplied by some of the 140 exhibitors at the fair. You can also shop for ceramics, textiles, wallpaper, japanned and lacquered furniture and other decorative pieces.

This event at Battersea Park is famous for showcasing unusual antiques or opulent statement pieces to adorn your home.

It is also an excellent source of painted furniture, Gustavian and Swedish design, lighting, accessories, designer furniture and intricate mirrors.

Pick up pieces from around the world, including Scandinavian glassware, 1940s Argentinian furniture, vintage books, and for a touch of the unusual you can even pick up fairground shooting gallery figures from Italy.
