Zooey Deschanel is selling her Manhattan Beach home, two years after buying it with TV producer and ex-husband Jacob Pechenik.

Actress and musician Zooey Deschanel has listed her Manhattan Beach home for £4.6 million.
The kooky star decked out the home in a Cape Cod theme, despite its being in south-west LA.
She bought the place with her TV producer husband Jacob Pechenik in 2017 for £4.4 million.
They have two young children but are divorcing and Deschanel is dating Canadian reality TV star Jonathan Scott.
The three-storey, five-bedroom house covers 4,900sq ft.
The kitchen and front garden have been recently made over and romantic features include “I love you so much” spelled out in navy blue tiles on the bathroom floor.
