'This is 40' comedy duo Leslie Mann and Judd Apatow move on from their Malibu beach home

Hollywood actress Leslie Mann and her screenwriter husband Judd Apatow have sold their Malibu home.

The couple, best known for comedy films including This is 40, bought the LA house three years ago from the estate of Pretty Woman producer Laura Ziskin for £7.6 million.

After three months on the market, it sold for £8 million.

The 2,550sq ft Thirties “cottage” with three bedrooms and a master suite was given a cosy coastal revamp by Mann, with beamed ceilings, whitewashed walls and brick fireplaces.
