An ultra-luxe home created by prestigious Paris-based Jean-Pierre Lott Architects is for sale in Monaco for a cool £25 million.

Villa Nuvola in Monte Carlo joins other famous works by the practice in the wealthy principality on the French Riviera, including ribbon-like residential tower Le Stella and Villa Troglodyte, a grotto-like private eco-home carved out of bedrock.

The latest Lott residence in the playground of the glitterati, with a rooftop pool, water wall and home gym, would be the perfect place for Monaco’s visiting famous party people, including Leonardo DiCaprio, Cameron Diaz, Lewis Hamilton, Jennifer Lopez and Kendall Jenner.

Moments from the glamorous yachts docked at Port Hercule, three-bedroom Villa Nuvola covers 8,600sq ft and offers a sweeping vista of the city with the Mediterranean just a few hundred yards away.

The villa is approached via a landscaped garden filled with luscious tropical plants and mature palm trees. Inside there’s a sweeping curved staircase – but for stars who don’t do stairs, there is also a lift to the upper floors.

The master suite has a grand dressing room, his and hers en suites and a stand-alone bathtub.

It is on Finlay Brewer’s books.
