Ian Schrager, whose London EDITION hotel has made its mark on the West End in Berners Street, has turned his hand to property development in New York.
A-list fans of Schrager’s hotel group include Victoria “ex-Posh Spice” Beckham and Hollywood couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.

So 160 Leroy Street, his new project in West Village, is set to be a coveted address.
The 49-apartment block takes design cues from Oscar Niemeyer, the architect who championed “seductive and sexy” buildings.
