Leonardo DiCaprio sells up in Malibu: luxury three-bedroom beachside bungalow listed for £8.3m

Leonardo DiCaprio has put the Malibu beachside home he has owned for 20 years on the market.

The remodelled 1950s bungalow is listed for $10.95 million (£8.3 million), nearly seven times what the Hollywood actor paid for it.

Oscar winner DiCaprio has been renting out his home for $23,000 (£17,600) per month since last year but is now ready to part with it.

The three-bedroom bungalow is kitted out with every luxury but the outdoor space is the main attraction with a beach-facing balcony and patio with a hot tub. A wooden staircase from the patio leads directly to the sandy beach below.
