Savvy businesswoman Kylie Jenner drove a hard bargain on her latest property purchase, knocking almost £7 million off the asking price of a mega mansion in the showbiz haven of Holmby Hills in Los Angeles.

The world’s youngest billionaire at just 22, Jenner splashed £29.3 million on the single-storey property which covers a mighty 15,350 square feet.

The beauty entrepreneur and star of reality TV’s Keeping up with the Kardashians ensured the property offered all her must-haves, including a cinema, a bar, a games room and a gym.

There is also a chef's kitchen as well as a full championship-level sports court for basketball.

Jenner’s two-year-old daughter Stormi Webster, with her former partner, the rapper Travis Scott, has her own dedicated play area.

There are even two guest apartments so Kylie’s sisters Kim, Khloe, Kourtney and Kendall have their own space when they sleep over.

The original asking price of her palatial new home was £36.2 million.
