Julia Roberts has sold her Hawaiian estate. The Pretty Woman actress bought the property five years ago for £10.7 million.

Called the Faye Residence, it comes with a 200ft stretch of beach. The main plantation-style house, below, built in 1917, has beamed ceilings, a galley kitchen and a sea-facing porch.

The sale includes a guesthouse and taken together, the properties provide seven bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Oscar-winner Roberts failed to achieve her asking price but nevertheless made a decent profit, selling the estate to Mike Fleiss, creator of American TV dating game show The Bachelor, for £13.06 million.
