Top Gear presenter Matt LeBlanc is selling his California home for £5.9 million.
The American star of sitcoms Friends and Episodes bought the Thirties villa in 2007 for £5 million and has been renting it out for £8,890 a month.
It has four bedrooms, a panelled dining room, and a library that opens on to a pretty garden with lovely views over Santa Monica Canyon.
LeBlanc is busy in London with his British TV career and particularly enjoys hanging out in Kensington, at The Goat Tavern and Virgin Active health club.
But he isn’t cutting all ties with his homeland — he owns another three properties in the States.
