If these walls could talk: Freddie Mercury's costume designer is selling her Maida Vale mews to realise her ambition of becoming a '60-plus beach bum'

Costume designer Diana Moseley is selling her Maida Vale mews house, which has doubled as her studio.

There, she has kitted out David Bowie, Diana Ross, Paul McCartney, Tina Turner, Kylie Minogue and the late Queen frontman Freddie Mercury.

Many of her clients stayed and partied at the house, which, says Moseley, has been a very happy place.

But she has decided to start a new chapter. “This house and I have wonderful memories and some creative secrets to tell.

“But I have always promised myself that I would be a 60-plus beach bum. So now is the time to sell and for a new adventure pursuing my own artwork.”
