The Grade II-listed Regency house has been a location for Waking the Dead, Midsomer Murders and Holby City, as well as Jonathan Creek, starring Alan Davies and Sarah Alexander.

Built in the 1820s as the fishing lodge for the Chorleywood House Estate, the three-bedroom home has been occupied by the same family for over 75 years.

Near Chorleywood station on the Metropolitan line, it’s on the market for £1 million with Savills.
