Britney Spears has put her 'spare' mansion in LA on the market for £6.3m
After buying a luxurious Italian-style villa in LA's Westlake Village last year, Britney is now selling up the five-bedroom estate she also owns in nearby Thousand Oaks.

Britney Spears is selling her California home. The pop singer has put the estate in Thousand Oaks, in the Greater Los Angeles area, on the market for nearly £6.3 million.
With views of the mountains, the five-bedroom Spanish-style villa is the perfect retreat.

Spears recently purchased another property in the area for £5.2 million, so two houses so close together might seem excessive.
There are rumours that the mother of two may be heading to London for the festive season this year, to star as Cinderella in the Palladium panto.
If she sells up in time, maybe she could use the money to snap up her first property over here.
