A Sign of the Times? Harry Styles looks set to swap Hampstead for NYC after reportedly splashing £6.7m on new pad in swish Tribeca neighbourhood

One Direction star-turned-solo artist Harry Styles is rumoured to have bought a three-bedroom loft flat in the converted warehouse that’s Manhattan’s latest celebrity hotspot.

The chart-topping Worcestershire-born singer, below, who owns a £3 million house in Hampstead, is thought to have bought the 2,868sq ft flat at 443 Greenwich Street in trendy Tribeca for £6.7 million.

Singer Justin Timberlake and his actress wife Jessica Biel reportedly bought a penthouse in the block for £21.1 million this year. Hunger Games star Jennifer Lawrence is also said to live there, as are US TV golden couple Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively.

Shared facilities include a 71ft indoor pool, a 5,000sq ft landscaped roof terrace, a gym, spa, hammam and children’s playroom. Fans of the UK’s biggest pop export will hope he won’t be moving to the US full time.
