Few people have better party stories than Zara Martin. She’s seen Kylie Minogue jump out of an egg at Cannes and she and her businessman husband, Ezra Chapman, once stopped traffic dressed as zombie wranglers on their way to the Annabel’s Halloween party.
Zara is a London-born DJ, model and designer. Describing life as a DJ as an “outer body experience”, Martin tells Insider, “I was once Dj-ing and everyone was suddenly crowding around the dance floor. I was wondering what was going on. Then I realised it was Madonna, right there in the centre, dancing away!"
Zara also works with Women for Women, a charity which helps rebuild the lives of women in areas of conflict and war-torn countries.
“I don’t know any woman who doesn't see herself as a feminist" she says, "the word feminist to me just means women supporting women."
