It will offer a wide choice of tiles, mosaic and stone, design demos and free advice from top interior designers, including award-winning international designer, Nicky Dobree, whose work featured on TV’s Grand Designs Abroad, when her 300-year-old alpine farmhouse was described by Kevin McCloud as the “ultimate James Bond pad”. Refreshments will be served all day.

Jon Newey, MD of Surface Tiles - leading London retailer of tiles, mosaic and stone, said: “People understand the practicality of using tiles but when it comes to questions of design and application they are genuinely confused.”

He believes that with the right amount of information and assistance, everyone should be able to plan a room and select gorgeous surfaces to complement an interior - and do so with confidence.

The Open Day is from 9am to 8.30pm on July 1, 2010. The Battersea showroom is at 60 Queenstown Road, SW8.

To register for the day and to collect your shopping voucher entitling you to up to 40 per cent off, call 020 8481 9583, or visit www.surfacetiles.com.
