From Saturday January 16 until Sunday March 6, hundreds of exotic butterflies will be released amongst the tropical flowers of The Glasshouse at RHS Garden Wisley, sipping nectar on plants such as pink plumbago, and sometimes settling on visitors, too.

You can see the stunning blue morpho, giant owl, king swallowtail and colourful Malay lacewing butterflies flitting from plant to plant as well as learn about their lifecycle in the Butterly Box and watch their wings unfurling in the puparium.

Advanced booking not compulsory but you can buy timed tickets by visiting gardentickets.rhs.org.uk.
