Petersham Gardens Open Day

See more than ten terrific gardens on Sunday May 22nd, all within walking distance of one another, and within a ten-minute walk from the Petersham Gate entrance to Richmond Park (buses 65 and 371 from Richmond station).

In aid of the Petersham Environment Trust and the Ham & Petersham SOS, a neighbourhood group which supports the elderly and disabled, the Open Day is an opportunity to visit a wide range of gardens, from modern minimalist to picture-box perfect country garden.

Teas and home-made cakes will be on sale in Bute Avenue’s Village Hall and from Petersham Lodge in River Lane, and there will also be, weather permitting, a BBQ outside the Village Hall.
