A symbol of eternity and peace, the circle is a favourite with designers lauching their new fabrics, furniture and accessories at Design Centre Chelsea Harbour this month.
The circle dates back to man’s earliest mark-making, while round tables have a long history of encouraging conversation.
It is also a soft and appealing motif which occurs naturally in so many crafts - from pots thrown on the wheel to turned woodware and spun metal.
