London Design Festival 2017 is in full swing and today marks the start of one of its biggest shows, designjunction.

At King's Cross until Sunday, with a special late-night opening until 8pm tonight, the show is packed with exhibits from hundreds of emerging and established designers.

And with the news that Tom Dixon is moving his studio, showroom and café to Granary Square over the next few months, the already buzzing location is set to get even trendier.

What to see and where to go

Arrive at Granary Square to see four multi-coloured arches by Turkish Ceramics, turning the public square into a vibrant sculpture park.

Then head to The Canopy market area in the former warehouses to see pop-ups from new brands such as Someday Designs, Studio Hausen's clever shelving and Laura Spring's colourful new rugs and accessories.

Go through the central crossing and out to Cubitt House to see furniture and lighting collections by a host of exciting interiors brands. Don't miss furniture designer Fredericia with new pieces by Jasper Morrison, Ted Wood's handmade wood designs and lighting brand Tala's new Voronoi III, the largest mouth blown bulb in the world that's a statement piece in its own right.

Across the road is Cubitt Park, where interior designers 2 Lovely Gays are showing their new forest wallpaper collection. Pop in for a coffee, a chance to make your own print in one of their designs and a chat with Jordan and Russell.

Paint company Little Greene have launched their new colours; while Olivia Aspinall has branched out from jesmonite surfaces - think patterned wall coverings and counters - to handmade vases and vessels for the first time.
