What do an Apple iPod, a Chanel two-piece suit and a Flexform sofa have in common? They are among 50 items coming under the spotlight at Design Icons at Harrods.
In conjunction with the Design Museum, there will also be lectures and debates with fashion designers Vivienne Westwood and Roland Mouret, St Pancras International architect Alastair Lansley, and others.
The shop will be filled with one-off designs, too, including limited-edition runs of Pot Noodles and a unique red Evian bottle designed by Christian Lacroix. Yes, really.
Design Icons takes place from 14 April to 24 May.
