Design Quest workshops at Royal Institute of British Architects, London W1

Budding architects aged six- to 10-years-old can build and demolish a city, create a floating building and try out paper engineering at RIBA’s one-day workshops.

Nurture your child’s inner architect at this month’s one-day workshops for children and young people inspired by the current exhibition, Creation from catastrophe: how architecture rebuilds communities.

  • Demolition derby: build a city and knock it down (February 16);
  • Elemental pop-up, with paper engineering (February 17).

Various days; 11am to 4pm; RIBA, 66 Portland Place, W1. Tickets £35.
