During April and May, find stunning 17th century- style tulips in the garden, and bluebells in the "wilderness". Children can pick up a lunch box for £3.50, and follow house and garden trails with a "tracker pack" of questions to answer and things to do.

Explore the famous 19th century gardens, and enjoy swathes of delicately-scented bluebells in the beech woods. A children's craft area is in the stableyard (or in the garden room if weather is wet) - make finger puppets and paper animals. Children can also enjoy "hidden nature passport routes", spotting wildlife around the gardens. A children's "pick-and-mix" lunch box is £3.50.
