Queen of Halloween Heidi Klum has outdone herself yet again, sporting her most gruesome and horrifying costume yet for her 2019 party.

The star, 46, is famous for taking things to a whole new level on All Hallows’ Eve and this time around she did so with the help of a team of people, a truckload of body paint and even more prosthetics.

The result was an Alien-meets-Frankenstein monster, complete with exposed innards, nuts and bolts and silver teeth.

The model was fully in character as she posed on the red carpet, grimacing and growling at the cameras.

Klum shared videos of her lengthy transformation process, which took hours to do on Thursday.

In the clips shared on Instagram, Klum can be seen transforming with the help of a full bodysuit of prosthetics.

A team of expert make-up artists and special effects technicians then added the metallic elements of the costume.

Finally, her face was covered in a layer of plastic, before the elaborate headpiece was placed on and painted around.

Fans could even go and watch Klum getting ready as the whole process took place in a storefront in New York.

Klum’s party was held at a swanky NYC venue, Cathédrale at the Moxy East Village hotel.
