There are discounts of up to 80 per cent, with brands Colefax and Fowler, Manuel Canovas and Larsen Fabrics all at £25 per metre,  Jane Churchill fabrics at £19 per metre and wallpapers at £17 a roll. Around 90 per cent of the sale stock is fabric, cut to as little as half-a-metre, and there are ex-display curtains and cushions. Bring measurements and colour schemes to make instant decisions. 

The large Lindley hall gets packed with bargain hunters so get there early, be prepared to queue, and to take away what you buy.
