Sunday lunch with a difference? Say no to grandma’s roast this week and head east for Scallop Sunday, an afternoon of smashing seafood, snazzy music and BYO booze.

Burnt Enz, the latest BBQ phenomenon to hit the capital, has been keeping smoky fires stoked all summer. On Sunday September 23, they’ll be joining forces with Maltby Street favourite Cornish Grill for a feast of scallops hosted at Climpson & Sons Roastery on Broadway Market near London Fields.

Think six top London chefs including Jack Stein (yes - son of Rick), 1,500 hand-dived Dorset scallops, Burnt Enz DJs, Little Bird cocktails and a Bring Your Own booze policy.

The fun kicks off at 2pm till late and tickets are on sale for £24.50.
