Sometimes it feels like you have to work really hard to keep your body in shape. Knowing the right foods to eat to keep you looking good can make it so much easier.

It's often difficult to know your good fats from your bad fats, but this is essential for maintaining a healthy and well balanced diet. Just because foods look high in calories doesn't mean that they are naturally bad for you.

With a few tips and tricks it will be a no brainer to get the feeling for healthier foods. Instead of snacking on sweets, which are full of empty calories, grab a handful of nuts or seeds, which are powerhouses of good energy and not to mention full of the good fats our bodies need.
