Head east trendy folk, and party into autumn with 10 hours of music and madness at Shoreditch's Big Mix festival – with every penny raised going to Macmillan Cancer Support.

On September 30 some of East London’s best venues, from Cargo and The Brickhouse via Rich Mix and BOXPARK, will host a smashing Sunday of music, cabaret, comedy and film.

This urban extravaganza, now in its fourth year, has confirmed headliners including Sam Duckworth of Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly, UK chart-topper Josh Kumra and folk songbird Alessi Laurent-Marke of Alessi’s Ark.

The comedy line-up includes a mystery star, supported by rising names like Tom Deacon of the Rob Brydon Show fame and Mark Smith, a roaring hit at Edinburgh Festival this year.

Film fanatics can see eight short films courtesy of the producers of London’s Short and Sweet film evening and a live performance will feature burlesque cabaret complete with acrobats.

Advanced tickets are on sale for £15 with the first 300 including access to a secret after party. Music kicks off at 2pm and wristbands must be collected with ticket from Rich Mix.
