Innovative Estate Agency

Coast and Country were the first estate agents in Newton Abbot to use video recording of properties in their office, that was back in 1992. We then became the first Newton agent photo copying colour details in house and we believe the first Newton agent on the internet. Times have moved on and now full colour presentation and internet listing of properties are standard practice. We have embraced the use of technology to supplement traditional person-to-person estate agency, but not to replace it. Don't expect a computer to put you on hold and tell you how much it values your call, when you call us. We do not have a virtual office, ours is real. If we can utilise new ideas to assist you we will but we choose not to use gimmicks. Our website is uncomplicated, simple to use and it works, it is indicative of our service.
