Williams and Donovan was established in Hockley, in January 1999 by Ian Williams and Colin Donovan. We are members of the ‘National Association of Estate Agents’, Britain’s leading professional estate agent body, who insist on high ethical standards and professional competence. They also demand complete adherence to a strict code of conduct for their members.
We are members of the Ombudsman Scheme that provides a guarantee and protection for our customers and ensures that we operate to the highest of standards.
Our sales office is open seven days a week and our lettings and management office is open six days a week. Both offices are located in prominent main road positions with extensive and well-lit window displays.
